Ian Williams - Ian set up Jericho Consulting in 2009 following sixteen years as a Marketing professional, working for large multinational organisations such as Smith & Nephew, VarTec Telecommunications and Canada Life. The last six of those years were spent working exclusively within the customer experience & retention management field, which has been driving passion behind the creation of Jericho Consulting. Ian’s areas of expertise include customer experience management; strategic business planning; and customer acquisition & retention.
